RESPONSIBILITIES:  Ensure to set and follow up on patients appointments.  Perform real time management and scheduling duties (Company Systems).  Ensure efficient performance through balancing human and technical resources.  Administer policies and procedures to assure consistency.  Maintain complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs, as well as system and telecommunications capabilities. EDUCATION:  College degree or equivalent work experience.
