Carnegie Oceanic is already a vendor with a number of major firms – You will be responsible for second-level calling where an existing client or potential client has already had an initial outreach and has requested for a second meeting with our technical team. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying and researching potential Ship management companies/clients, calling their vendor management departments, and requesting for meetings to have Carnegie Oceanic become an approved vendor of spare parts for their vessels. Additionally, you will be ensuring customer satisfaction by frequently connecting with them over a phone call to provide them with information related to their orders or invoices, and updating them on the latest offers we have related to their ships and spares they can leverage.
