Solves the assigned claims in compliance with established time and quality standards according to the specific business lines. Documents in detail all interactions with customers and the result. Informs customers by phone and letter status and resolution of claims. Refers questionable claims or complaints for investigation and settlement to proper units, such as Fraud, Security, Retail Banking, etc. Minimum Education + 60 Bachelor’s degree credits approved Experience At least two years related experience in customer service.
