ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned) Support and help drive the agenda of the Compensation/Analytics function by analyzing existing compensation programs and processes and their impact in the organization. Supports or leads key compensation initiatives to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic pillars and priorities. Works as a liaison with Talent Acquisition function to ensure that employees are getting fair and competitive pay. Support the Compensation team in a variety of topics such as: pay equity analysis and job structure overview. Analyze, evaluate and present statistical data of variable compensation plans to help identify business results, effectiveness of plans, problems and propose solutions.
