Equifax – Heredia – This position is for a Contact Center Programmer to support Contact Center environment(s). The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and work with other departments. Position Requirements: 1-2 years in IVR or Contact center software development experience 1-2 years of REST API development experience Basic knowledge of Cloud computing (AWS or GCP) Understand logic to develop self-service applications Experience with reporting and analysis from Telecom and Contact Center environments Work with our vendor partners to fully understand the contact center related architecture of both of the environments and how calls move from one system to another toward their final destination Additional Skills that are a plus: French language is a plus Great communication skills and working in a team room environment.
