Receives incoming calls and provides appropriate responses or directs calls to the proper individual. Takes accurate messages. Schedules customers and follow up appointments. Communicates with vendors Monitors incoming faxes and distributes to appropriate personnel. Responds to and complies with requests for information. Coordinates maintenance of office equipment. Maintains a stock of forms and other printed material used in the office. Skills: Demonstrates general administrative and clerical procedures. Excellent customer services skills. Knowledge of medical terminology. Is a team player and has the ability to work well with physicians, coworkers, patients and others. Good command of the English language both verbal and written.
