Bolivia, NC – Description The Customer Service Representative II performs specialized clerical work of processing customer applications for services, setting up and maintaining customer accounts, verifying and posting payments received and charges to customer accounts for Public Utilities. Work involves collecting payments for water and sewer usage at the counter and by mail; preparing various reports; processing final billings; answering telephones; preparing and submitting bank drafts; scanning applications, checks, and related paperwork; and handling routine requests for information. This position is responsible for reviewing problem accounts and making adjustments as needed for leak adjustments, new services, and transfer of services as well as various charges for services rendered by the maintenance department.
