Lenovo – Buenos Aires – Position Description: Our International Project Managers work closely with sales to support our large, multi-national enterprise customers in North America. The IPM acts as the single point of contact for the operational execution on their assigned accounts globally and are responsible for: Account management: Action item tracking, issue escalation and resolution, and account team and customer communication. Relationship management: Maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with customers, account teams, and cross-functional teams (e.g., GSC, Web, services, etc.). Customer deliverables: Distribution, communication, and quality assurance of reporting, catalogs, quarterly business reviews, etc. Serviceability: Ensuring forecasting, critical order identification, and backlog management.
