MSD – Santiago, Región Metropolitana – Job Description We invite you to participate in our program Lead to the Future LATAM Obtain and develop expertise and abilities in at least 3 of the 4 areas: Market Access, Policy, Marketing Digital and Commercial of the program Lead to the Future. This includes on field experiences (Sales), practical experiences and the possibility to focus the rotation on 3 of the 4 mentioned areas, according to the career interests of the participant and to the country business needs. The program timing is 24 months and requires a rotation of 8 months per area. Learn all processes and indicators of the 3 areas selected for rotation. This role requires a deep understanding of the selected areas and the performance KPI´s to have a proper follow up on the specific results of the organization.
