Adidas – Panamá City – Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: To create the Integrated Business Plan (IBP)/ Operational Demand Plan (ODP) and Inventory management of the Business Segments. To provide thorough analysis of the Biz segments in order to guarantee understanding of the BU´s numbers in LAM. To Manage the Demand Plan and Supply chain alignment of Biz Segments by providing visibility and availability to the stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Create IBP guides of the Key Biz Segments down to the countries to give clear steps to the local demand planner on the construction of the IBP number of the country.
