Uber – Mexico City – Our business in Latin America depends on more than 1.5 million monthly active driver and courier partners, who in turn rely on Uber for all or a portion of their livelihood. As independent work through platforms like Uber becomes a viable source of self-employment, a conversation about how to treat those working on them is beginning to take shape. This is a critical pillar for our business sustainability, so we are looking for someone that can develop and implement a Driver relationship strategy for Latin America. In this role, the person must have a deep understanding of drivers’ reality and the Uber business, as well as a background in customer relationship and engagement.
