Help users on a day-to-day basis with IT related issues. Repair and troubleshoot PCs. Troubleshoot software and network issues. Troubleshoot basic Active Directory / Windows Domain issues. Repair and troubleshoot PCs. Perform proactive maintenance in PCs and Printers. Configure and install PCs, Printers and Scanners. Perform first level problem determination and resolution. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members. Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues and update users of current status and assist with special projects as needed. Experience: ?
