They manage our sales process, technological tools, analytics and reporting, enabling our sales teams to build our business efficiently and predictably. As one of our regional Sales Commissions Managers, you’ll work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to implement our global sales incentive plans (SIP) across multiple countries. Then once it’s launched, you’ll make sure it runs smoothly and accurately, standardizing and simplifying processes to continue improving our compensation systems.
