Uber – Mexico City – As the Customer Experience Project Manager, you will have a critical role making our Restaurant Partners experience in the platform a magical one during the onboarding phase. This position gives you insight into crucial moments in the lifecycle of our partners on the Uber Eats app. The Project Manager will take a data driven approach to informing decisions and process improvements critical to the success of our support organization within any given line of business. You will be first and foremost a strategist, using a deep knowledge of the product, a passion for strong customer experience, and analytical skills to design processes that are simultaneously the best for the business, the agent, and the customer.
