Madrid – Reporting to the Country Human Resources Director, the HRBP/ Site HR Director is in charge to define the Human Resources strategy and ensure its appropriate implementation on the Site & business, based on the HR vision provided by the HR Country Director and adjusted to the business objectives. You will act in accordance to the values, policies and norms set by Leading Manufacturing / Operations Company Transport. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES OF THE ROLE: MISSION: To support the HRD to achieve the HR & Site team’s strategic objectives, by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities. To act as Change Agent in Managing Organisational Change where this relates to HR related activities e.g. restructures, compulsory redundancies and voluntary severance schemes etc. To manage all HR operations in the site with the support of the Center of Expertise and HR shared service center.
