Directly responsible for the attention of the Recruitment and Selection and Labor Relations processes, as well as the coordination and assurance of all other Human Resources processes and services, for example: Compensation and Benefits, Talent Development and Training, Communication and Services and EHS & S. Develop Human Resources plans and strategies to contribute to the achievement of business objectives and form an optimal organizational culture, promoting and strengthening an excellent work environment. Act as a point of contact with the responsible BUs and corporate central functional areas involved to ensure the development of the strategies and plans defined for the local groups.
