Uber – Mexico City – The Efficiency Program Manager will be responsible for defining and leading our customer experience and support strategy for a specific category of support issues at Uber by developing, recommending, and executeing quality and efficiency improvement programs across a variety of support modalities in Latin America. The EPM will be responsible for setting goals for the team and building systems to track and measure performance, all while leading a regional team dedicated to driving success across our support network.
