PepsiCo – Guatemala City – This role is accountable for managing our customer relationship with the three key customers in Caricam: Walmart Central America, Pricesmart and Subway. This is a team leadership role, managing 4 direct reports and leading our customers agenda, managing trading investment and securing customer activities with the Join Business Plan (JBP) and annual agreements: Leads collaborative partnerships with 3 key retail customers (Walmart CAM, Pricesmart Caricam and Subway), establishes advantaged partnerships, delivers key commercial objectives, and drives transformational change Leads, manages and negotiates PepsiCo’s annual plans for Frito Lay and Quaker (Pepsico Foods).
