AECOM – Lima – Lima, Lima AECOM is seeking an Operation Administrative Assistant. The Operations Administrative Assistant will be responsible for logistical and administrative support to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: + Support the Operations Manager in daily office management, including: logistical and administrative support. + Assist the Lima team in travel arrangements, lodging reservations and transportation when needed; + Support tracking and labeling of inventory as directed by the Operations Manager, as well as keeping an accurate control of the assets; + Maintain office supplies in an adequate quantity for employees; + Request quotes, track answers from vendors, prepare comparison tables and prepare Purchase Orders as needed; + Support in tracking status of purchase orders with local vendors, also verify all support documentation is included on files(RUC, SAM, MK); + Track and report actions needing internal approvals a…
